Wipers stuck on
I'm hoping someone can help me locate where the windshield wiper relay is in a 97' cl 3.0 I replaced the switch at the steering column and my wipers still stay on. They will go faster if I switch it to fast but intermittent only goes normal speed. I can hear clicking by the fuse panel under the hood but still can't find the relay. Any help would be greatly appreciated! robcrellin1@comcast.net thanks!

Found it!
For those of you with a first generation CL here's an imortant little nugget. After speaking to the Acura dealer he even said that Honda/Acura is the worst when it comes to getting info on relays. The wiper relay is located under the fuse panel in the engine compartment. It's attached to the underside of the bracket that holds the fuse panel in place. You have to disconnect the pos and negative from the fuse box and one little clip with 3 wires.

Urgent Help Needed
My wipers will not turn off! When I turn them on mode 1 and 2 they work fine. Also, when I turn it on INT mode, they work find and the adjustment dial seems to work fine as well.
When I completely turn them off, they seem to be still on Int mode. The dial still works to control their speed.
I went looking for the relay in my engine fuse box and the Diagram is completely written in FRENCH! My interior fuse box is english, I checked the fuse for the wiper (#6 - 30A) and it is not blown (figures, since the wipers do work, problem is they don't stop).
Where exactly do I find the wiper relay as mentioned in the post above, and am I on the right track as to what I should be doing?
To be honest, I do not know what the hell I am doing in any way! should I just pull it, and put it back in to reset it or something?

Okay, I followed the instructions from above (bobbyc39) and was able to partially remove the fuse box from the engine bay. What an extreme pain in the ass. I wasn't really able to remove it enough to access the Wiper relay which I could see sitting underneath the bracket that holds the fuse box in place.
I don't want to do the rest of this procedure until I have a new relay to replace, otherwise my car will be out of commission for longer than I want.
Can anybody confirm if this is what I need to be doing, based on the problems I am having above? Is it the relay that I need? Also, is part # W0133-1627969 the right one?
Thanks in advance.

Not too expensive, but do you have a multimeter to check your relays?

Thank You!
Wow,
This is awesome. All three attachments are very helpful. Thank you!
As a first step, should I get a multimeter and go straight to the wiper relay located under the engine fuse box? That way if I get an incorrect reading (from whatever it should be) I can skip the interior electrical diagnosis and just replace the relay without ripping apart the inside of my car. I guess there is no info needed from page 23-52?
My "noob" assumptions:
Switch Test:
Do you think I can skip the steps involved in the "switch test" for the under dash fuse box (attachment 2: 23-128) based on the fact that my wipers work fine under all settings except for "off" mode? Otherwise, I'm guessing you've included it for me to check the b5-b7 pins for "off mode" in the 7P connector.
Input Test:
Advice on whether you'd recommend if I can skip the input test as well since all the settings work. Otherwise, perhaps this step is very necessary to determine if there is a poor ground, or related to determining if the problem is in fact the relay.
Thanks again!
