Urgent: Weird noise when turning.

hey so im thinking something maybe wrong with brakes or power steering any hints?

also i checked my brake fluid and its VERY low and I have no idea how to change it or add brake fluid.

if you can bleed out the lines and fill them with brake fluid that would be better but you can just add brake fluid. but be more specific what kind of noise is it making.

does it sound like you have mud tires?
and only when turning one way?
any noise when going straight?
tight turns, fast turns, etc...?
try to be a little more descriptive here

i think low power steering fluid would be the culprit.
