Well it's way overdue for age, and it's over on the mileage so I would say yes. Although I am not sure if the 3.0's are belts or chains? I know some V6's tend to be chains... but I am only familiar with the belts in the i4's

Sounds like a good time. It is supposed to be replaced every 84 months or 168,000 km (105,000 miles) which ever comes first.

All Honda/Acura J-series from the J30 in the 97 CL to J37 in the 09 TL are belts. Not sure about the J25.
