Starting Issue, 99 CL 3.0

Alright peeps, for the last couple of weeks when I try to start my ride and turn the key it does nothing, usually I try it a few more time and it will fire right up. Last night I couldn't get it to fire up at all, no clicking, nothing at all. All the electronics work, even tried to jump it just incase and still nothing. My guess is that its either the ignition coil, ignition switch, or the starter. Since I will be fixing it myself I don't want to buy every part. I am looking to get some ideas of what to replace first, Any thought? Thanks

Not sure if your ignition was replaced under recall but that was definately a problem with these. You can check your vin on their site to see if it's been done if you don't know. It sounds like either of those 3 things are about right though. Starters pretty easy to replace if that ends up being what it is.

the ignition switch most often manifests its problems after the car has been started and is at speed...it will just cut out. Id say its ur starter. i had the EXACT same problem in my 2.2. replaced the starter and it hasnt happened since. im not familiar with the 3.0 but the 2.2 starter was a piece of cake
