Question Replacing window switch

Is there a way to remove the window switch easily? Do I have to remove the entire door panel? I can pop the power mirror switch out, but I can't figure out how to remove the handle connected the door panel.

Before I get flamed, I did a search on this and could not find any info. If someone knows of a thread I could not find please let me know. If not, could someone help me with this? I really need to replace the switch. Thanks!

I think you'll need to remove the door panel. Check out the wood trim DIY posted by DanMan1464 at http://home.comcast.net/~9delipy/wood.doc . It has pics that will help guide you along. Good luck.
