Radiator on driver side not turning on.

Whats up. This is my first time posting. I looked all over this site for an answer. I've been at it for about a week. The fan on the driver side won't kick on no matter what I do. My radiator cracked and i replaced it. After that it's when I noticed my fan is not coming on. I checked all the fuses and relays and they are all good. I bought a new coolant temp switch and that still didn't make the fan come on. I hooked up the fan straight to the battery to make sure the fan works and it does. The one thing that I'm thinking it is would be the Radiator Fan Timer. But before I spend more money on that i figured I ask for help. The fan on the passenger side does come on when the ac is on or when the car is warm. So I'm wondering does the Radiator Fan Switch also control the fan on the driver side because if it does then that is not what my problem is correct?

is this the same as the radiator fan control module located behind the glove box? bc the control module says "timer" on it.
