PCV valve for 2.2

PCV valve for 2.2

i just got some seafoam and want to use it on my 2.2 cl but couldnt find anything helpful to locate the pcv valve on a 2.2 after searching for half an hour. i need some picture or good description cause i really want to clean that shit out

pull on the hose that is attached to your valve cover above the "V" in in Vtec, it will pop right out, its a block piece of plastic with a 90 Degree bend in it.

yeah i was right, above the V
Make sure you have it being sucked into the intake manifold and not the heads though.

yep, no problem. but yeah make sure you dont pour it in the pvc whole, make sure it gets sucked into the intake manifold. you sould clean your pvc valve while its out, or replace it, they are like 3 bucks.

is the car supposed to smoke after doing the seafoam in the crankcase cause mine didnt...

in the crank case, no. your soposed to put 1/3 of the can in the crank case, 1/3 in the gas tank, and 1/3 though a vac line that will allow it to be sucked into the intake manifold. The 1/3 in the intake manifold will smoke after you let the car sit and start it up. read the diy

yea i did all that and i workd out fine.... i did them all separately, pcv first, crankcase second, and gas third.... car smoked during driving like it said on the diy.... thanks for all the help.
