oil? 3.0 CL

getting ready to change my oil for the first time since ive had the car. how many quarts of oil does a 3.0CL take?

5ish - your owners manual should tell you EXACTLY though. read it.

thats just the thing, my car didnt come with a owners manual.

4.4 l (4.6 US qt) for oil change including oil filter change
4.0 l (4.2 US qt) for oil change without oil filter change

i usually put 4.5 quarts WITH oil filter change too

enough to put it to about half mark between high/low on the dipstick
