Question Need to replace coin tray

Hi everyone... I'm new here and own my first Acura. Well, she's a little worse for wear on the outside, but she's a 1998. But she's all mine and I'm happy with her.

My question is basically about that little coin tray on the left side of the steering wheel.. Not sure how but the right side is hanging. Looks like the little plastic piece that keeps it where it belongs broke. I don't use it at all so it was a surprise to see it just sort of hanging loose one morning.

Is this something I have to go to the dealer for? Can these things even be found anymore? Typing in keyword or phrases about that in google, well, brings up everything BUT what I need. lol

Any suggestions??

Thanks.

First of all, welcome.

Second, you are posting in the second generation CL section. Your CL is a first generation CL. But time to get to the helpful stuff:

Yes, you'll most likely have to go to the dealer for this part unless you find it on ebay or a local parts recycle yard. The dealer should charge you about 40 dollars for this part.

Let me know if you need the part number

Just like aznboi said, your going to have to go to a dealer. Mine costed me a little over $40, but it was well worth it. I had the same problem as you, except I was the reason why is was hanging loose, lol.

There are 2 interior colors for the CL (I think). Part number 77750-SV4-A01ZE is for the mild beige and 77750-SV4-A01ZF is for the classic grey.
