it had the code p1259 and on here from a search i found out it means something with the Vtech but what is causing it, anyone know? Is it a sensor or what?

 

I thought I posted this in the problems and fixes section (guess I hit the back button one to many times before posting new thread) so if someone could please move it i would appreciate it. I also wanted to add that I checked the oil and the oil level is fine

 

Also, it seems to be running fine. the light came on when I got on it a little bit to go around someone

 

does vtec engage? did you check your oil? check also for dents on the oil pan, it can cause limp mode for the car.

 

checked oil and its fine. Do not see any dents in the pan but its raining today so I didn't get all the way under it to look, just did a quick glance under it. I am guessing the Vtec isn't engaging but can't find a picture of exactly where the switch is at on the 3.0. I got the pictures from alldata of the things it says to look for so I guess when it stops raining I will check those things out and see if I can figure it out.
