I just had my timing belt replaced. When I picked my car up the cel light was on the code came up for the knock sensor. Where is the knock sensor located? I have seen a few right under the intake in which case it might be the mechanics error if it was unplugged or something.

 

not sure what year yours is but my 98-99 2.3 is under intake mani close to heater core hose on driver side. but becareful they are very easy to break due too high heat.and if it turns out you need one go on ebay because autozone will rape you good look
