Where is the DRL sensor located on the 2001 Acura TL? The dealer says it is my problem but I am in the US and the car was purchased in Canada. Any other issues I might face with a Canadian Acura?

 

The DRL light comes on when the low beams are on and only the passenger low beam is lit. If I turn on the high beams it goes out but I have no high beam on the driver side. I have replaced the bulbs and they are good, fuses are good. US Dealer says its the sensor.
