I just bought a scanner (MaxiDiag PRO MD801) just to have.I took some live readings and don't really know the meanings of the results.It's a 97 Acura CL 3.0L,260,000 KM'S.This is a sample:

Are these good numbers?Is there somewhere that I could find the meaning of the categories?

sheit nice bro., you got a scaner fo-sho.
it looks pretty strait forward although i dont know a couple.
(1st) i dont know but looks like a computer system startup check.
(2nd) is the fuel system check (probably for the prime and start)
(3rd) is fuel system check (probably for the operation)
(4th) is the load on the fuel system.(fuel pump??)
(5th) is the engine coolant temp (looks good and steady)
(6th & 7th) are for the idle contorll (yours look ok, i think you want to stay in the negatives)
(8th) is your map sensor
(9th) is your standing rmp's at scan. (looks ok.)
(10th) ????
(11th) is the spark advance or timming (this can give problems if out, yours might be out but i cant tell)
(12th) is the temp of air as it enters the engine
(13th) is the throtle possition sensor
(14th)
(15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, & 19th) are for the o2 sensors
(20th) is the sensor system the car runs.

give or take that is what i can give you , good readings from a quick look.
