unlike all the other dash and taillight not turning on, mines is always on, and wont shut off even with the key out.

with the "small light" fuse plugged in, my tail lights(not the brake lights) and my cluster is lit up (like i didn't turn off my headlight switch).

i've replaced "under hood" passenger fuse box, "under dash" fuse box, and the combination light switch, still nothing.
