Try running the car with the cap off, it should bubble if there is air in the system

The thermostat was done w/ the timing belt & water pump.. Soo it's circulating... Top hose gets hot first.. No high temp on gauge.. Jus want to make sure no air in system. When I ran the car w/ cap off (cold) mad fluid came out the top of rad? And it wasent warm yet?

The coolant system is under pressure. It's not surprising that even when cold that liquid can run out. Your best bet is to start the car with the radiator cap off and bleed the system by adding fluid and by adjusting the bleeder valve. On my '97 2.2 it is located behind the head near cylinder 4. It literally is a bleeder valve, much like you see on you brake system.

If know where the valve is.. Sooo.. Ur sayin crack the valve and pour fluid? Even if it's excess and over flows? And allow it to flow thru the bleeder then seal.. Correct?

yea, it doesn't rly matter if it leaks out a bit.. just poor some water on the coolant in your driveway, and it become neutral.
