hi, im new to the site and new to owning anything but domestic so if this has been asked 100 times im sorry (ive serched the topics). i have a 97 3l, i want either bipass and/or remove the air conditioner? i cant find info anywhere so i was inquiring if this is possible and if so what steps to take to do this without destroying my car? if nothing elce i want to just leave the air in but not have the belt run it, so what size belt from what car works??? if any1 can help me with this it would make my day. thank you. i love my cl and now dont want anything but acura.

 

ya iam doing the same thing the ac pump just holds back the engine i have been told that i can just get the r134a pulled out mesher the ac pully and just get a belt that much smaller havent done it yet iam doing it because the condencer is in the way of my half stack radator so small no air going in to it cools down fine just not get the right air with ac there will have to post it when i do it i just need to get the belt and its all out ther is no need to have the ac pump mounted and not running just dead wight sorry for my spelling
