ok so yesturday went to start my car it clicked once didnt start so i said ok its the battery, battery is less than 2 months old, charged battery then tried to start car it just kept clicking didnt start, tried to jump battery same thing, connections are clean and tight. check ground from battery to car its good. so later during the day i turned my headlights on tried to start it to see how much they would dim and when i turned the key they dimmed alot. im at a standstill now in that id like to not have to get it towed somewheres

Get the battery checked for it's cranking power. Some even new batteries can be defective (hence warranty).

The copper connectors in the starter could be worn down. This happened to me. Still have to take the starter out, but if you DIY it's only a fraction of the price compared to replacing the whole starter.

I had the same problem with mine and it just turned out to be one of the connections on the starter. There is a wire with a female spade connected to the starter. Check that wire because mine was all corroded and brittle. I put a new spade on it and havn't had any problems since then.

If the the car makes a fast clicking sound then it's definately the battery or a weak connection. But yah definately check the starter if still not the battery. Just from my experience though on the 3.0 motor putting the starter back in was a major pain because on how long that starter bolt was and looks like it threaded all the way into the block to.

Hope you get the problem fixed though.
