1999 acura cl electrical issues

the aftermarket head unit and the lighter slot wont come on unless you kick the fuse box a couple times , i got all the fuses replaced twice and all the wires checked, does anybody else experience this problem.

the lighter slot and stereo should be on seperate fuses. check the grounds. if posible try and ground the head unit directly to chasis

Wrong, the lighter and stereo are on the same fuse, there are 2 sets of fuses, 1 set in the internal fuse box, and 1 set in the engine bay. When my radio went out, it was the fuse in the engine bay

However if you have to "kick the fuse box" that sounds like a loose ground or bad connection

so i looked in the engine bay box and where the head unit/lighter fuse is there is suppose to be a fuse that says 15 and it says 10 , could that be the main problem ?
