hey guys...i have a 99 white 3.0 and soooo i was looking around for a nice looking black rims with silver lips...any suggestion??? and also what should i get 16,17,or 18???

18in wrapped in 225/40s is an extremely popular size.

 

i'd go with 18's, anything else looks too small on our cars IMO..
you have to give us more to go on here, price range maybe?

 

some people can get away with 17s, that and you can go a bit lower, but 18s usually are a better choice! looks good and you can still get a good drop on them. i love my 18s

 

i think 17's are fine. just get some rota's and call it a day

 

16s = race oriented
17s = half race half style
18s = all style
lol...that's what i think at least. My 16s make my car so much slower compared to my 18s...but i love my racing harts, so it's all good

 

^ shouldnt the 16's be faster than the 18's with faster acceleration?

 

16's if you wanna ride slammed ridiculously low/earth scraping

17's slammed if you dont have a lip kit (plus 17" tires are way cheaper than 18's)

18's slammed if you have a lip kit (ideally)

18s look good if your dropped. or, you could be blindshooter and get 19s

 

i don't think i could pull 19s off...that's insane! I'd have to drop my car and shave my fenders

 

by shave, you mean dremeling off the whole lip part of the fender, or do you mean to roll or cut your fenders?
and you'd only have to do that if you have a wider wheel or a low offset, and i don't think blind's wheels were either of those.
and then there was that other guy that fit 20's on his cl, and was dropped pretty far with no rubbing...it was the red cl that the guy posted pics of cuz he was selling it, now that car looked IMHO
