pics with my intake problems solved

so at first thehum was unbearable, so then I mounted it and it sounded better, but also there was a LOULD whistlewhen ever i touched the gas...
before...



After!
then I hit up advanced auto and banged out $46 for a K&N which was def. worth it. It barely hums at all and now the whisle is jus sexy not too loud and only when I accelerate a lil fast.

I wrapped my SRI with Dynamat and sprayed it with that black rubber stuff. It didnt work, but was worth the try.

anyways intake looks good, im sure it sounds good too. now just clean up your engine bay and you'll be straight.

take out the excess garbage!!!! (air box), I did that to mine, you dont even have to take the bumper off....
you'll turn the wheel all the way to the right, start taking off the fender well, then there will be 2 14mm bolts holdin the air box in, once thats done, yank it out from the bottom

ok it took about 2 hours but I did that part and now theres no hum from inside the car thanks
