I was tweaking on my car the other night..

And I cleaned out the engine bay and I painted it flat black with gold "flakes". I also hid majority of the wires inside the engine bay, so when the motor goes back in, it'll look 10 times sweeter.

I know you all hate looking at my empty engine bay but I had to show this to you all. I am actually proud of it because it came out nice.

ive taken my shit out to clean the engine bay , and let me tell you... ITs fucking a pain in the ass to do a good job. Took me hours and hours and i too, painted some parts. You did a quality job and that takes a shit ton of work. My deepest respect to you. ( cleaning is all i do for a living and on my car so when it comes to cleaning my engine bay, Im OD ADHD and OCD about that shit) Hey cocao, if your in texas ( montgomery TX ) stop by my car wash and ill give you a freebee

I dont understand how one can .. not .. be mancanicaly inclined. Its fuckin easy to take shit apart, and put it back together. It just takes alot of time and dedication. Its easy to remeber how shit goes, the hardest part is just working up the guts to try something youve never done before ( like when i had to change my crank pulley and front tensioner ) i was scared, but shit is easy, just took time. haha and the right tools

Can I get a DIY on that?
