First Pictures

Hey, just took these really quick the other day. I have been looking around the site for some time and now I am no longer embarrassed to post pictures of my car now that I have her presentable. In the past couple weeks I got some 18" silver w/polished lip Exel RS-GT's, Eibach pro-kit, and KYB GR-2's. Other minor things include the 35% tint, front grills, and Nokya headlights w/matching corner bulbs and license plate lights. I will take some better pictures of just the car in the next couple of weeks and will post them soon. Just ignore all the other cars, family was over that day. All comments will be appreciated. Thanks.

not bad - car looks very clean... EXCEPT for the placement of those badges you may want to consider removing those... or placing them back where they're supposed to go.

I'm especially interested in the grille... could you take some more close-up's of that? it looks very well done...

Not fond of the badges, but love the grill, the drop and the wheels. Grill is especially hot, have any better pics?

Thanks for all the comments. I got the car with the badges where they are. I just have never gotten around to taking them off, but will definitely be thinking about doing it soon. When I take more pictures later, I will definitely take some more of the grilles. I am really glad everyone likes them. The top one is gutter guard just pinned beneath the outer chrome trim with the A badge screwed in with longer screws on top of it. The bottom one is a universal APC grill from NAPA autoparts. Then, I just had to cut it to shape and shove it in there. Then, secured it will, believe it or not, fishing line. Also, I forgot to mention that my new tires that I got are 225/40/18 Toyo Proxes 4's. Some more things that I would really like to do to the outside is to get a WW front lip and paint the rest of the skirts. Will be in a little while though because I just spent alot on it and with Christmas and everything.

One more thing. Do you think red calipers would look good, or should I paint them another color or just leave them the way they are? Thanks.

1. red calipers for the win
2. main grille for the win (even though it is gutterguard, you did a really good job of not making it look that way in that photo )
3. I didnt notice lower grille till' you mentioned it... not a fan of that either (sorry!)

I say only do red calipers if you get them the same color as the car. I think they'll clash otherwise.

I kind of thought the same thing. That is why I am not to sure about it. I haven't really seen pictures of this darker red with bright red brakes.

what ever happened to a nice silver color for calipers with mega coats of clear coat..just makes them look clean imo..

by the way, the first cl i had a few years back, i had the same set up with the gutter guard..i liked the way it looked but the only thing is, that material is so flimsy that when you touched it with your fingers it pushes it in and stays like that...so i ended up taking it off because it looked ghetto. I dont know if yours is any thicker or if you have the same problem?

rims are nice, arent spectacular but the lip makes them look really nice ...nice clean car..keep it that way

Looks really good. I wouldn't paint your calipers red. Maybe black or a dark silver, something subtle and stock looking.
