baby CLoe

i realize that cloe is spelled CHloe instead of CLoe but i really like that name so i changed it.

but anyway i think the most recent things that ive done to her was put the rims back on, i got meagan headers, and i got my front end repainted because of all the rock chips. i shouldve just have them done the whole car cause the passenger side door has hella door dings that arent noticeable when you look straight on but are noticable when you are at an angel. but its okay i guess. and i have this scratch thats about 2 inches which i can buff out but am kinda broke right now. hahah. the list of my other mods are in my signature.

im still working on my projector headlights via chris's instructions and i dont plan on getting lips or anything cause i want my car to look simple i suppose. my cousin is building my carputer and im saving to get that pioneer double din dvd deck.

any suggestions please shoot them my way. mabuhay

sorry for the image quality. the blackberry curve camera blows.

Hell yeah! +1 for green CLers! Very nice.

Me wants ur rims! What are they?

I was going to say debadge, but since you don't want a spoiler, debadging would look a little plain.
Blackhouse the headlights when you do your projectors for sure! It would match the rims and grill very nicely.

thanks man.

um my rims are BSA rims? i really dont know what that is but i bought them off of a friend for like 4 hundred bucks. theyre 17s but they look okay with that polished lip thing.

i was going to debadge but im too scared that i would scratch the paint or whatever.

headlights are going to be painted black. im just really busy at work so i havent had the time.

ill post some night pics later on when i get off of work. i have to get my car realigned today too

Hmm.. BSA rims, gotta check that out.

Scratching your paint is the least of your worries. Debadging is really strange. It either comes out perfect or ugly. (paint fade, ghosting etc.) I don't know how but I have a paint crack outline around the ACURA and 3.0 CL.

I hear ya about not having enough time. I bought the paint and sealant last month and still haven't been able to blackhouse.

thanks chris. yeah i cant either. hahah.

yah i dont worry about the badges. i just try to keep them as shiney as possible. i hate cleaning my car cause im really obsessive (sp?). everytime i park i have to polish the body and rims. to make sure when my car sits there its fresh. my girlfriend hates driving it cause people always look at her and they always want to try to race. not to mention its loud. haha

Woa! Just noticed, aren't those the same rims (BSA as you mentioned) as kelpto's?
I always loved kelpto's rims but never thought they looked good on a green CL till I saw Germ's.

I like the combination of black wheels and a green CL. That'll look sexy when you get blackhoused projectors though...

oh and thats what i was wondering about the back being lower than the front. i have hella stuff in the trunk so thats prolly why.

holy moly. just looking at the earlier pics in this thread..man...time flies....

anyway...so since the first pics ive gone through a lil bit. 3 different car colors, klepto's lip kit, etc etc...heres what my car looks like now..

my plans in the upcoming month.
-get my rims powder coated black
-get all the chips and cracks spot painted (cause i hella cant afford a whole new paint job), my driver side side skirt is hella cracked...the dude did a horrible job putting it on to my car. so i gotta get that redone. gotta repaint my roof
-im getting new subs tomorrow and since i dont have a spare tire i dont have nuttin holdin up the carpet. so before i put in my new subs i gotta take out my old ones (heavy as hell), go grab me some wood to support the carpet (any suggestions would be awesome) and then throw my new subs in. thank god the high schools have a week off (i work at a high school here in san jose) so i have the whole day to work on it tomorrow.
-hid high beams 3000k color
-redo all the lighting in my car

planning to do within the year.
-so one of the older guys that used to go on this board (actually one of the real close homies now) was tellin me i could do a 3.2 engine swap (straight drop) with the 6 speed tranny. now im hella game for that. and im not an engine guy what so ever so i hella dont know sh*t about it. maybe one of you guys can shed some light...i was originally just trying to do the same engine just with lower miles. but a 3.2 6 speed sounds koo. if its in the price range. i guess what im asking is just generally how much would this run me. engine tranny labor. all the technical stuff i can try to find on the boards.

-i REALLY should get my driver seat head rest reconnected. cant floss the headrests if only one of them works. actually i cant floss them anyway..haha..i got limo tint.

-a few years back i had bought a leather redye kit. havent had the chance to do it....hopefully this summer when my leather can get the proper heat

-SUSPENSION...holy moly i needa get that redone for sure. so i see that a lot of you go wit the main ones for our car. im probably gonna end up with ksports. i wanted to do the air suspension but this is my daily driver. any of you know how the ride is on those?..

thats it. i think....

any feed back would be GREATLY appreciated. some of you might be thinking DUDE FOR ALL THAT MONEY YOU CAN GET A NEW CAR...yeah i know...but i love our CLs. and yeah im almost 34 and should probably get a car thats more for folks my age but hey..lol..im not the only one on the boards in their 30s still rockin a first gen. hahahah...

thank you very much kind sir....

okay so im having a dilemma. since everyone is on different coilovers and doesnt really seem like anyone leans towards any specific (although it seems like a tiny bit of you like ksports)...i need an opinion....since air suspension is WAY out of my price range ive narrowed my choice down to these two...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/261078266895...84.m1423.l2649

or

http://www.ebay.com/itm/251227847457...84.m1423.l2649

i like the price of the second one and i saw that some of you are already on them and liking them...but i also saw that some of you are on the first ones and not really finding any complaints....

its been a while since ive done anything real big to my car and as i said previously in one of my other posts im still sittin on that old school eibach pro kit. hahhaha.....i hope i got the right year honda accord coil overs for the second link....input would be koo..thanks in advance...

why don't you look at Tein Basics. We don't have a young back anymore to run on hard setups.
