engine and tranny swap questions

i have a 97 2.2 m/t with 20200 miles. thinking about swapping out for either an h22 or something differant and looking for suggestions? any ideas?

I'm guessing they mean 202K miles. There's lots of info about h22 swaps on here, search around

if you can go with a j30 swap with an auto tranny , pretty much it would be a 3.0 from there good luck
