Seats really aren't something you want to cheap out on considering they're what's connecting you to the car, and hopefully holding you there in a crash. If it's just your DD it's not as big of a deal, but judging by your sig I'm assuming it's not haha. That said...I don't know anything about those seats and the reviews I see on other forums look pretty good, so who knows.

My suggestion is RSX seats though, I had them in my CL and they were probably my favorite seats I've had in any car.

RSX seats you say? never thought of different factory seats. are they power and heated cause im looking for weight reduction? and lastly i assume they will (when some1 assumes something they make an ass out of u and me, lol) but will the bolt put to the cl brakets or will RSX brakets bolt to the cl bolt pattern?
thanks for the info, never done seats before and like you sayed i dont want them to brake and kill me, lol.

RSX seats are not heated or power, but they are lighter

^ Canadian RSX seats are heated, mine were and they were awesome. And yeah they're way lighter than the stock seats.

The bracket isn't the exact same as the CL's, but if I remember right somebody on here said 2 or 3 of the holes line up and you just have to drill the other, or get a custom bracket made (that's what I had).

found 2003 RSX type s seats (same condition) for $150, i got the brackets for a 1997 accord made buy the cipher racing company delivered to me in nowhere vill canada for $250 (a little hight in my opinion but they are heavy guage steel, hand made and powdercoated sooo im ok with it i guess). i grinded the feet off the sliders on the rsx seats, belive it or not not only did they weld the brackets EXACTLY to the spec's i gave but there were 2 holes on the front of the brackets (un requested) that lined up with holes in the sliders (lucky day)so i only had to drill the back 2 in. i bolted them down with lock washers. i switched over the seat belts. i took the harness for the heated seats and hooked them up as well the seat belt light sensor. finally i only had to drill 1 hole on each bracket where they mount to the floor (very little, i thinks they got bent in shipping, box was FUCKED UP!) and they bolted down. they sit almost exactly as the stockers but look SOOOOO nice. i will upload pic's later (im having trouble with my computer).

this is very doable and besides looks i did a weight compare and i lost 20lbs. more as lighter is my goal. it will take patients , tools , and a little fabricating experience. it was cheaper than racing seats but took a more work. racing seats would shave probably 20 more lbs. but for $400 for cheap seats i cant justify it.

next.. good buy back seat.
