Air filter..how too?

hello

im pretty sure this is easy but can somebody explain how to change the air filter myself?
gonna buy this one for my car (im guessing its the correct one if not please correct me)
K&N 33-2071
Code:
http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=33-2071
im assuming its not AS easy as replacing a air filter in a old accord which is right there under that donut ring..last time i was under the hood in my cl i didnt see one of those..

thanx!

p.s..
pix would be even more awesum

p.s.s..is there such a thing in the 99 cl2.3 model of a cabin air filter?i searched here and didnt really get a clear answer..some people say yes and some say no etc if there is id like to change that..probably old as hell

I have a 98 CL 3.0 an it was easy as hell. When i open my hood the air box is to the right of the battery. there is four screws holding the top cover of the box on. I unbolted those four screws, lifted the cover, took out the old air filter, replaced it with the new one. Then tighten the four bolts again..thats pretty much it.. Don't know it 2.3 99 has air box in same location.

The first gen in cabin filter is supposed to be a non changeable filter
As far as air filter I am not sure where the 2.x is at but the 3.0 is exactly where they told you, on the drivers side right behind the battery (if you are standing in front of the car). I think the 2.X runs to the passenger side so the air filter is probably on the passenger side on the 2.X but not sure since I have a 3.0 myself also
