I have just replaced the passenger side mirror actuator. Removing and installing the old actuator was relatively easy but now, right at the end, I'm stuck!
The actuator has two hemispherical "bumps", each covered in soft rubber (which move the mirror) and a larger "bump" in the center. The mirror has a cup-shaped depression which lines up with the latter. However, I was unsuccessful in merging the two so that the mirror remains fixed in place.
