Thumbs up 1st Gen CL SRS Light Reset pics and link.

This is exactly how to reset our SRS light. Credit for the link for Honda/Acura vehicles and original post goes to Nakamichi. Credit for the pics on the CL goes to saiko_cl_duck.

I have done it on our CL's, it works. This is how to reset the light, and includes pics of exactly where the dummy plug is.

To trouble shoot your light if it does not reset, see the noob guide provided by Klepto and look for the info there.

follow this link posted by Nakamichi, follow the directions and it will work. Again, original credit is his, I'm just taking pics to show the location of the correct plug

Here is where the dummy plug is from the side

And from underneath

Good luck,

If u did it and it worked for you, can you please explain it better because I'm not understanding where to plug the dummy plug in....I found that bit can't locate the second "female" end.

from another thread.. this will help u reset it.

install jumper wire ( a paper clip will do) by the way its only a two prong plug so install paper clip into the plug, Now turn on ignition and your srs light will go out, you only have six seconds to remove the jumper, then reinstall jumper after light comes back on within 4 secs, then within 6 secs you must remove the jumper wire and your srs light will blink twice telling you it has reset.
