I was asking people in the FIRST GEN CL area if they wanted to meet up becuase I have a FIRST GEN CL!? That would be like me posting on the Oldsmobile aurora forum to meet up when I have an alero? No point.

Plus if the people i know are here in the first gen section, what is the problem with posting things here to talk to them? Not everybody checks rambling? I'm kinda curious why the admin/mods here need to close threads if they are posted among sections. I was asking a question based on the fact of people I know. I wasnt asking it so the entire Acura community can ramble on and take my thread 50 diff directions.

Who's the head mod here? Seriously, ive built and been admin on a good 10+ large scale boards and moderating like this just pisses people off. I know this from experience.

You guys have to realize this board is consistant of alot of different types of cars. Normally a msg board is a specific car and thats why things dont get to far off hand. But here you cant expect everybody to post in rambling and have 5000 replies within an hour and cant even keep up with it.

Its not even the point of banning, if they ban me for that its seriously stupid. Im voicing my opinion. If they have tried diff sections in the past and it hasnt worked then fine. But to close 2 threads when one was specifically asking 1st gen people to meet up is pointless. Im just curious to their reasoning behind their actions. I defend mine so they should be able to defend theirs.


its not even about ranting. Normally i dont care, its just when i see useless things happen from moderators id like an explaination. Im not use to being on the member only side of a board and its always interesting to see how board admins react. Nobody needs to rant or complain, im always up to making a board more user friendly and accessible

On another note, this thread will be interesting, I know you're just voicing your opinion, but the vegas thread was def more direct than the pink thread, that should be ramblings. Anyhow, I'm sure they'll let you keep this up to meet with vegas peeps hopefully if you're looking for the 1st genners. Just don't mess with astro, hope u don't get banned, just don't keep ranting, chill and we'll all be coo.

When you have that many people it makes it hard for everybody to post and keep up with it. Im not sure if the mods here have tried it before and it didnt work? See thats where you guys are getting it wrong, im not messing with him to piss him off. I could care less who it is that answers me. Im asking admin to admin why would they close the thread? And if they ban me oh well, i wont shed tears over it but it would show that the admins here would rather ban me than justify their reasoning. I like making boards usable for people and helping out.
