The odometer is part of the speedometer, so to swap it you'd have to swap the whole gauge. As for auto to manual, they are the same cluster, the auto just has the indicators in the middle. So swap the manual trim from your old cluster to the new one. You can also swap the PC board on the rear of the cluster, which will swap the actual lights for the gear indicators over as well.

On top of all this, an Accord cluster will work as well, but you need to swap the individual gauges from the accord housing to the CL housing as the mount points are different.

The 3.0 and 2.2/2.3 Tachs are also different, but the small PC board attached to the tachs can be swapped for interchanging.

Well, the accord gauges have a slightly different font and needles, for some its more attractive, some its not. Each gauge is held into the housing with 3 or 4 screws which are also the conductors, linking each gauge to the rear PC board. Accord clusters are much easier to find, but like I said, you'll need to swap the individual gauges over to the CL housing. Also, manual accord clusters tend to sell for quite a bit more than the auto clusters.

What exactly are you going for? a new look? or are some of your gages broken?

I broke the board where the lil 5mm bulbs go in to illuminate the gauges from the top. I am removing the board and replacing the 5mm with 39mm-42mm dome light leds. Starting project tomorrow. Should be done tomorrow or the day after. It should come out looking nice.
