use "dry lube" its available at any auto parts store. its better than silicone, cause it leaves no residue and doesnt streak up your windows( especially if you have tint. then just spray it along the track and roll your window up and down to get it all lubricated.

After getting my windows tinted, I was told that one of the best things to us because it doesn't have that "greasy" feeling or film to it was pledge (yes the wood polish) He says it works better because of the wax in it. No greasy film and says that it helps to kind of prime your rubber around the window.? Just spray it on the window then roll it up and down a couple of time and then clean your window like regular. It will eventually dry and will not leave a film on the window. It definetly helped the window though. This is coming from a guy that has over 20yrs experience. I think I trust his oppinion. You should also look into using some white lithium grease on the window track.
