WTF??
If i'm not mistaken, he is talking about greasing the tracks on his window. I'm sure he knows the procedure for cleaning his windows. and if he doesnt... welll he doesnt deserve to own a car.

easier for the window to go up and down. Im sure if you take the car to the dealership
they would lube you out for free. I'm pretty sure that SafeLite is a nationwide company-
if not, someone correct me
i've had my windows lubed at the dealer for free, they use a cheap silicon spray or something that he said I could pick up at my local kragens or something, but i suggest getting it, and lubing often if you have tint on your windows, it seems that my window regulators keep getting more and more sluggish, and since my warranty ran out i haven't been back for lube, so i gotta go try to get some silicon spray too...
I guess if you have a clean window, that will cause less friction between the pane and the weather stripping.
There was a post on here once about lubing the front and back tracks. They just used silicon lube spray and just sprayed it (carefully using the straw) on the front and rear tracks at the bottom corners. Then ran the window up and down to work it and cleaned up the excess lube.

To lube up the windows
1st spray honda spray silicone in the window tracks and cycle the windows a few times
then use the cleaner to clean your windows cause this stuff makes them messy
the window tracks are in the door around the window frame
there is one track at the front of the door and one at the rear
thats it
