well i would check your coolant level, make sure the engine is cold and look in the rad cap see how low it is. does it do it when its cold or all the time? if it only does it when the engine is first starting up could be jsut water in your exhaust

Is the smoke pure white or is it blueish? If it is white, coolent is being burned. If it is blueish, oil is burning in your engine.
Start by checking fluid levels.
Next, perform a normal tune-up.
check hoses
check belts
check for leaks around fittings and hose connections
check to be sure you ECU has no codes
system to rich
egr flow insufficient
oil system insufficient flow to v-tec
etc.
check the exhaust pipe for signs of wet oil or dry soot
check the fuel type and make sure that the wrong fuel was not used, no additives were put in.
If none of this helps, you may be in need of semi-major engine work. Head gasket seal replacement, ring replacement. This would depend on what is burning, coolent or oil.
If this is not it, your head may be cracked and allowing either coolent or oil to seap into the combustion chambers. This is the worst-case, and if it is the case, you might consider a swap or a rebuild of your engine.

i was looking at the spark plugs. so i looked into the combustion chamber of all 4 cylinders and one of them had a little oil and the rest of them looked pretty clean . is my head gasket leaking?

valve seal has got nothing to do with anything
if your valve seal goes then what happens is the chamber fills with oil
the boot and spark plug get wet and no longer fire. in other words you would run on 3 cylingders only
your issue stands that you are burning collant
head gasket sounds about right
its a complicated issue
the car might be running fine now but its time will come and once it goes it will be costly

at high rpm's under no load you burn off carbon. the carbon comes from your valves/head valve seats exhaust manifold. alittle white smoke is aiit.. youll know when you blow a head gasket or are burning coolant.. car will miss alittle at idle, run like ass, burn alot of gas, alot of water will drip from your muffler (condensation), if you can classify it as alittle its just carbon, if its alot like a seafoam treatment, your fucked. also check the rim of your coolant cap, if theres oil there you got a problem.. check your oil when the car is cold, if you got a rusted dipstick, or you can see water droplets on the oil level line.. .

WHITE SMOKE == YOU ARE BURNING OIL IN YOUR ENGINE. if you have done an oilchange lately you might have used the wrong oil? if not then you should check if you NEED an oilchange.
that is the most common reason for white smoke...the coolant thing is also another common reason for white smoke.

valve stem seals leaking will cause smoke on startup. What happens is a little bit of oil will make it into the cylinders and burns off as soon as the car starts up, hence the smoke out of the exhaust when the car has been sitting.
