venom 400

does anybody have the venom 400 for a 3.0? i have a '97, but if you have a '99 i'd still like to hear about it. the best price i've found so far is $299. any thoughts? thanks.

get the apex vtec controller it is alot better then the venom and you can control more than just the vtec. it it about 400 dollars

The thing is brand new, I bought it but never installed it I had enough trouble with the v1 you remember that right?

Yeah so I am still thinking if I should install or not...I wanted to put it some place where it wouldn't block anything. Had a great idea of making a hidden compartment to hold it in...but I think that is impossible for right now.

how bout your center console tommy? or even your clove box? Or take out the ashtray and mount it there?

Yeah I was thinking center console right beneath the radio head, but I have a lot of crap in there and I don't think it will fit. Even if I take the whole thing out..I still think the VAFC is too big for that part. The ashtray would be nice, but it would cover the heated seat switches, which I use a lot now that I park outside! Glove box good too but I wouldn't be able to read anything off of it
