they are a PAIN INTHE FVCKING ASS, but we got it done with no directions or manual in less than 4hrs. with eating breaks.
for those that get them, the easiest way to get the crank pulley off is w/2 6" extensions for the socket and a 2-4ft breaker bar, pivot the bar agianst the ground and turn the ignition. be sure to take the distributor cap off so the car doesnt start up. DO NOT take the starter off and jam the tranny it will not work with out the needed tool. other than that its pretty straight foward. just drop the altenator and p/s pump to get the belts off and back on. i dont feel like writing anything too detailed i just want to go to bed.
as for performance they definately do their job. the stock crank is probably 4-5#'s heavier than the ur crank. it revs up WAY FASTER so you get off the line noticebly quicker and stays in vtec when shifting gears. i highly recommend them. dont waste your time with aem... if people still actually buy those:P ..anyway they get a

anyone pay a shop to put the pullies on? pullies are in the near future for me too, Just wondering if a shop would find it easy to install them if I got all new acc. belts, timing belt, and water pump.
