Type-S Auto tranny swap

I saw where the j30a1 blots right up to the 6-speed manual so can you do the same with auto type-s tranny? Sorry if this has already been answered but I couldn't finad it and don't remember asking.

This would be a stupid swap as the Auto Trans in the 3.2's is a bigger POS then ours is. You should know this stuff man, you've been around long enough.

So let me give you the answer Roddy. The tranny will bolt up, you may have to widen the access to the firewall a little bit as I believe the Type S 5AT is a little bit wider then ours. You will have a hard time getting all the wiring done as those trannies have their own ECU. On top of all that, the 5AT they have is a piece of junk. Haven't you been reading about all the recalls, etc?

No my bad, umm reason I asked is trying to get the set up of the AC-R Accord. I would love two have the 300hp all motor, just makes my goal of 400hp all the easier sorry for the dumb question
