Probablly gonna sell the car while It's still decent, but I can feel the slipping starting..
Might get a 5spd 4banger accord from my friend, or get a 2.3 5spd and get the h22, not sure yet

Price range is gonna be under 9,000 most likely.. gonna try and let the car go w/ rims and system for about 8-9..

Why don't you just have the tranny rebuilt? It'd prob be about a grand, still cheaper than a new car. How many miles on it right now?

auto tranny for 97 2.2 are shit i blew mines after having it for a year i bought it used at 90,000 when i got to 120 it blew so now h22 baby

 

how hard is it to have a h22 put into a 3.0CL? or how hard is it to put in a 03 AV6 6-speed tranny?

 

basiclly my friend is giving me his accord engine for 600$ with a fine tranny.. =\ If I want it, thats a steal hehe... (He Salvages cars and repairs them, but stripped this 1 accord down for parts)

 

we may know soon enough, if you weld the mounts in from the 4 cyl it shouldn't be a problem.



As far as the 6 speed, no one knows how to crack the ecu. Those tranny's have their own ECU's and know one really knows how to get them to work.
