Tranny went out.
Well, me and the fun times with my CL has come to and end last night at 137333 miles. The tranny went out and at that mileage I'm not going to give Acura the kind of money it costs to replace it. So the car is going to be sold. Anyone interested in my AEM CAI let me know I have all orginal boxes screws install guides and the unit is in perfect condition. I'll still be around, I got some stuff I got to get rid of still.
Talk to ya'll again soon.
AEM CAI F/S make me a good offer? 175 shipped?

hey you should just drop a h22A into the car. it'll cost just as much as for you to get 3.0 tranny. plus you can do a auto to manual conversion. i've seen h22a for 1800

My 97 CL auto tranny went out at 60K. I got it replaced for 2450 (includes labor) for a used one with 12K miles on it.
You shouldn't give up on your Acura completely unless you're tired of the car. An Acura engine can last 200K.
