Sorry to hate, but if you are going to be lugging a family around the Lexus ES 300 is a reliable option. No probs to worry about, other than looking like an old man. but hey its for the family right. I have one and its been great. The IS is a corolla/civic size car and can barely hold itself. if you go acura then why not the 05 TL?

aight ppls it's down to this... altama se-r no auto so dats out!, the tsx and is300 both pimp lookn rides but too small so...dats out! so it comes down to this the acura tl type-s looks like a winner to me. me and my wife is gonna go check out some dealers this weekend so hopefully we'll get a good deal wit the trade in on my cl?. so everyone out there thanks for the help and input. i'll post if n e thing.

Man... good luck w/ the TL-S... and the glass tranny... hope you got some plans when it hits 100K... . But other than that, wonderful choice.
And I'm gonna even have to agree w/ the ES330 if this new car is strictly for the family... if you're worried about looking ilke an old man, just throw some shiny dubs on it.
