ok,s o Iw as driving home from work. I had just gotten pulled over for swerving (which I probably was because I was tired as shit) but didin't get a ticket or anything. So anyways, I get passed by a very light purple or blue 2.x CL (it was dark, I was tired, the only thing I'm sure about is that it said 2.X on the back).

anyways, the driver was driving pretty sporty and I had never seen a first gen around here driven even remotely fast. so I follow them and pull up next to them and the woman driver looks over at my car and "takes off".I waited a second, then went WOT. as I was passing by the car I could swear the driver was mouthing "holy shit!" because of how loud my car got when I gunned it. I only gunned it for like 3 or 4 seconds. enough to show them I coudl own them, but was still funny.

I wonder if they ar on here at all...

like I said, it was crusing and then WOT for 3 or 4 seconds. just enough to pull by them, but not enough to be dangerous, and the amoutn of gas "wasted" is negligable for that short of a "race"

 

i'm thinking wasted gas too.

But then again. i'm a miserly penny pincher.

 

yea i get alot of "holy shits" too. kind of makes me feel good.. cause while im driving normal its just sport sounding then when i put my foot in its ass, prescious screams.

lol yeah, that's kinda why I'm shying away from getting an exhaust until I go FI or nitrous. I love how it sounds stock then BAM! screamin.

this was more of a test because people are always talking about how the 2.x has similar times to the 3.0 and I wanted a comparison. From what it seems there is no comparison.
