ok so after that golf cart hit my car i got it repaired and while they did that they broke one of the rear windows. so they replaced it and said they would pay to tint that window only. so they tint it and it doesnt match my old tint so they have to retint the whole car at my expense. so it takes 3 days at the tint shop...WTF?? this is a highly reccomended tint shop too, all the dealerships use it. so i go to pick up my car and i start to drive off, i go to lock the doors and that door lock panel just falls out...WTF!!! so i take it bak there and say that they broke it...they say it came in with a broken clip. so he takes it in the shop and fixes it, it turns out he didnt screw it in or clip it or something. so i start to ask the guy waht tint they put on it, he says 35% i say WHAT!!! i asked for 28. then he tries to give me this BS on how its illeagal to go darker and the windows are factory tinted 7% im pretty sure they arent tinted factory, but i might be wrong. the thing is that when we were gettin it tinted we dealt through the dealer fixing my car and not the tint shop. the dealer said they were putting 28% on, so who is at fault? am i correct in saying that they should redo it darker?
