what do you people think about black tints that fade to mirror.was about to do it but unsure. havent seen many if any cl's with these tints. mine is white and i plan on getting chrome rims. just wanted 2nd opinion. rice or nice

its not RICE its more like KD, kraft dinner. mirror fading tint reminds me of dsm cars

i like the euro look, light 70% blue tint all around

 

I'm not a big fan of mirror tint, but with chrome it might look ok. Iffy on white though.

Get Llumar Titanium tint. It has a bit of silver metallic in it, but it doesn't look ghetto.

Who gets mirror tint anymore? It didn't even look good when it was "popular." The fade to black one wasn't so bad, but still ghetto. Don't do it!

apparently cops are dicks about tint around here.. everyone i know with 20% has gotten fix it tickets pretty soon after getting it done..

anyone know how 35% on the doors and 20% on all the back windows looks?
i figure that wouldnt attract too much attention..

 

i have 35% doors/sides and 20% rear, close enough to what you want. As you can tell from the shadows, the sun is pretty much shining directly into the car through the windshield in this pic

 

that is the 2nd option i had that on my saturn and i loved it. i thought the black faded into mirror might be nice on white with chrome rims. it looks good in my head but thats diff than on my car

i had 35% all around on my last cl, it was black, and looked just right to me, its not so black it looks like spray paint, and not so light that you can see perfectly inside it. Just enough to make it look nice.

But if you live somewhere where the sun is a factor, and you are trying to be functional, then get it darker.
