throttle body inquiry

wouldnt a throttle body (68mm) and a throttle body spacer for the 98-02 Accord V6s fit on my car?

an honest estimate, how many horses do you think i would run? if i got a 68mm throttle body and some spacers for it, plus underdrive pulleys with the K&N Air Filter?
