If you didn't trim the bumpstops, you definitely wouldn't have any trouble with rubbing because the suspension travel would be so short that the bumpstops would prevent the shock from traveling far enough to rub your tires!
The purpose of trimming the bumpstop is to increase the amount of suspension travel after you've significantly reduced it by lowering the car.

I'm not worried about rubbing, but it seems like I am hitting (or maybe even the car is just sitting) on the bumpstops most of them. Going thru speed bumps, the car just seems kinda rough like its hitting something flat very quickly. I know the wheels aren't rubbing.
I don't think the shocks have gone, they are Koni's.
'Acura CL 3.0'-I'd appreciate it if you can post the amount to trim the bumpstops fr/rear. These numbers are for the 3.0CL right? and not the old 94-97 Accord V6? Although I think they would probably be the same. Just wondering if Eibach had upgraded their instruction sheet for our cars.
Thanks
