anyone have their TEIN SS for sale? i know i know. i posted it up on black market also but it seems like not alot of people reads the thread there.

i cant see spendin that much money for suspension set up for this car. tokicos and eibachs or any other mix and match spring/strut set up is good enough. honestly, how long u gonna have this car for? i had mine for 4 years now and i still love it, but 800 + for tein's is crazy IMHO

 

Pebel I agree with u 100% but some dont wanna go half ass and want to go all out and Tein SS is the equivalent of going all out on suspension for our cars at least.

 

ya dat is true. i wuz first gonna go for ebiach pro kit with koni yellow but it seems like dat setup is only 200$ less then tein ss's. so yah....and im trying to find for used one cuz ill need camber kit with tein ss. dont want to spend 830$ for new tein ss and another like 200$ for camber. thinking to spend max around 800$ for teinss and camber.

 

why buy 2000 set of rims? and 1000 for tires?

who knows... I got tein SS and love them. and it's dropped lower than yours... thats why I like them.

and yah dennis eibach isnt gonig through well. he doesnt repond to my PM...i guess his busy or something or doesnt come here often as he does before. -,.-;; i juss hope dat he sent the springs so i could atleast think about putting them in or thinkinga bout selling them.

Well a lot of the time the final price of a half decent suspension setups is nearly the cost of the Tein's, and many wished they would have just spent the extra buck and gotten the best.

 

all good points. if you can find a set for a decent price, no doubt, jump on em. rims are different, im already on my 3rd different set, i have a problem lol. suspension is a very important part though, so it is worth the money. i already have a pro kit which i got for dirt cheap, so i guess thats y my thing would be to get better struts. The teins do make your shit look hot as hell though....

 

also, babyloc, your in cali and im in new york. new york has potholes that u can lose your car in. cali is worth it to spend the money on a good suspension setup

upstate NY isn't that bad actually...they actually do road construction and repave/fill in holes on the highways.

 

yeah, upstate is different than the city. they dont give a fuck out here. the way they fill in potholes is a joke. i work in an industrial area by jfk airport and its a mess. sometimes i think about gettin an suv but i hate those things even more.
