yea, say so long to the CL ECU.

im hoping your going turbo with that setup. its still a nice swap in N/A form, but its a beast with boost.

that's the truth right there. If i ever went w/that setup, i'd immediately go turbo. Isnt it a low compression swap? unless you changed a few things, and i wouldnt be surprised if u did lol

isnt it the opposite, the high compression and shorter stroke makes it so torquey?

i coulda sworn i read somewhere that its compression ratio is like 9:1 or something similar, which would make it low compression wouldnt it? im not sure, i should go check the honda tech thread again

no pics at the moment but today (thurs) i plan to have the bulk of the motor assembled and i hopefully have her fired up by the weekend if all goes well ..my goal know is to have it on the road by tuesday (my b-day), man what a present that would be

as for ecu, at the moment im gonna be running a stock p13 to get things goin but in the next couple of weeks im gonna be grabbing a p28 and goin from there..

ahh yes, boost. that was my plan originally but money became an issue so im just gonna enjoy the stock g' for a couple of months then store her again and finish off piecing the turbo setup this winter

personally i wouldnt waste the money on a chipped p28. well i shouldnt say its a waste of money, but you can get a normal honda ECU from a non-vtec civic or something for cheaper and have it chipped.
