I'm replacing my taillight right now, and I see the five bolts that I need to remove to get the tail light off, but for one of them, the plastic covering is in the way. How do I remove the plastic covering? the covering that faces towards the front of the car, there's two tab lid type things there, but i don't want to force it to hard and break something, anyone know how to remove those tabs?

 

i think you're supposed to push the tabs in and pull the plastic off.. make sure there isnt a screw anywhere..

it should just be push tab and pull out..

 

thanks, i just snapped the piece that was in the way off, there is a metal tab that it locks into, just finished installing, thanks for the help

 

may i ask where did u buy ur taillights
