Tach Gauge Bubbling
I noticed that on my Tach, the area around the small screws in the center is starting to "bubble up".
What causes this? Can it be fixed?
I know that may sound like a weird description, i will try to post pics for people who dont understand when i get home from work this evening.

I have it to.
You can see it around the screws on the tach. It's minor tho.

The strange thing is that all the members that I have seen with this problem, it is always on the tach side.
Some worse than others. I just never wanted to point it out cuz mine are the same.

Wow, mine is not that bad. But thats exactly what im talking about.
It may have something to do with the heat. I live in Charlotte, NC and we have been battling 100 degree heat in the past month. I noticed this about a week ago.
