Congrats on the win. I have a natural hatred for the damn things (Fukus') I broke a new one in 2 days once. Damn key lodged in the ignition, but wouldn't turn over.

Sorry, off topic but I didn't want to start a new post for an American car.

Has anyone seen or test drove one yet? I'm very curious since Pontiac is saying that it's gonna be the most powerful and best handling sports sedan EVER!! How it outperformed the BMW 330i and Audi A6. Pretty bold statement. I just can't get over how ugly the interiors of most American cars are...I mean who do they get to design these things ??

 

the new GTP is a bitchin car! A guy from work just got his and it's f'ing sweet. I came close to getting the older one instead of my CL

 

SVT Foci only have around 175-180 hp. A large improvment over normal foci (only plural i could think of for focus lol) but still not too quick.

 

it's good competition for the civic SI and the RSX-S though. The car is suppose to be awesome to drive up in the twisties.

 

Yeah i have read the same, but i have driven a couple of them. Niether were anything too impressive, the 180hp can get ya around some cars on the freeway but its not gonna get ya ahead of much aside from the Civic SI your friend did a stage III weight reduction on, but thought it was good for downforce on a front wheel drive car to add a spoiler that weighed more than you lost in the reduction (god i hate ricers lol). RSX-S would beat this car if only for the weight numbers.
