If you look at donduncan's pic. you can see the clips that the screw tightens. those clips clip on to your sun roof. then just tighten with the screws. there aren't any holes you have to drill or anything. donduncan's might still fit yours. Mine looks just like his.

I might still have mine back at my mom's house, I'll check today! I know it needs new rubber trim along the bottom and new bolts, but you can probably get that from the dealer cheap. No promises though!
